For those wanting to take out a small loan to have a very good dinner, this is a fun opportunity. I had a chance to go on their third night, but before the official opening. This allowed them to work out the kinks. The event was invitation-only and I was the guest of the ownership and top brass (my step-dad being one of them) of the company which supplies them their fresh produce. The owner of this company also owns Melt and Blue, two other high-end Lehigh Valley restaurants.
I had the Caesar salad, petite filet mignon with twice baked potato, and crème brûlée with some 20-year tawny for dessert. The host chose a 2005 Quintessa Meritage from Napa, of which we enjoyed four bottles between six of us. Absolutely good food, but not for the bargain hunters!
